JOB DESCRIPTION •Must be able to manage the process of creating and coordinating the pick-up of multi-stop loads, originating at the manufacturer, and delivered to designated customers

•Must be able to manage the creation of loads, and coordinating the pickup (some multi-stop) from various locations in the U.S. and returning steel returnable crates to the manufacturer

•Identifies, recommend and implements measures to improve processes, methods, performance, training, safety and education of both personnel and assets

•Manage operations in two locations

•Must be willing to get involved and perform the actual operations, if required
REQUIREMENT/COMMENTS •Minimum 10 years’ 3PL, Brokerage, Freight Management experience
•High degree of familiarity with transportation and supply chain operations and processes
•Solid DOT knowledge and understanding
•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to the customer where English is not their first language
•Adaptable to business demands with demonstrated problem-solving ability
•Must feel comfortable working with different computer systems
•Advanced Excel Skills
•Must have excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized
•Some International Forwarding experience desired, but not required
